what i did to prove my ownership during the test was by asking them to secure my account with the one i’m using to contact them, because it used to be verified on my account.
so, in description of issue, you can tell them something like this:
"Dear Roblox Support,
My roblox account has been hacked, and the verified email address was changed without my permission. I no longer have access to the account and am unable to recover it through normal methods
Here are my details for reference:
Username: [your roblox username here]
Previous verified email: [your previous verified email]
Please help me recover and secure my account with the email I am using to contact you, because I did not request this change and it has been made without my consent. Let me know if you need any additional info.
Thank you"
if none of these methods work then i guess it’s time you cut your losses and moved on

just write a message asking for help then copy it and send it to all of the staff members.

Ummmmm, I didn’t expect any other answer, and when I wrote to them in the “How to” section asking how I could verify the ownership of the account, they answered the same way. I can also try writing to them in the Account Hacked Or Can’t Log In > 2-step verification section, and if that doesn’t work, then proceed with the next plan to write to all administrators…

@MrSheriff_RBLX do you mean to write an email from which email (which is now or which was linked to the account during the hacking?), and does it make sense to do this if I have already done it 8 times and unsuccessfully?

yes, it doesn’t matter. they’ll still review your case thoroughly and make a decision.
@MrSheriff_RBLX nothing happened to my email accounts, no one unlinked my mail from my account without me, and no one can explain to me what happened to my account, that the support service is no longer listening to me. I wrote to them from my 2 email accounts and I did not receive any such response.
I can write to them, but they’ll just send me a response form that they can’t do anything.
I also contacted the administrator @MisterGreenTurtle, but he hasn’t answered me yet. I’ll keep you posted if he responds.

admins on the forum aren’t guaranteed to actually help you with this, only roblox support is.
so just keep bombarding Roblox Support with tickets while waiting for a reply from the admins.
keep submitting tickets in hope someone there understands, it’s the only guaranteed way to get access to the account.

unfortunately there isn’t any other option … if roblox support doesn’t work at all then you probably should forget about the account because the admins on the forum won’t be that helpful … sorry
just keep bombarding their emails with tickets … it’s your only chance of succeeding. they’re the only people who are able to give you access to the account

No, the administrator didn’t answer me, but I have better news. I wrote to them from a second account with the same email address, and they replied with something else, and I had hope to prove that I was the owner.
