they clearly state in the terms of use that account owners are responsible for any actions being taken in their account, whether these actions were authorized or not

this has also happened to me back in 2022. i literally did the impossible trying to get a refund, with no success
so i guess itās time you cut your losses and moved on
unless youāre a famous youtuber or content creator, they wonāt refund you
Itās just that the article says that they can return them within 30 days after the hack, and at the moment I canāt ask for support for any reason, since I (sort of) am not the owner, although I am, and if I prove that I am the owner, they will provide me with at least a part of robux.

This happened with me a sometime ago, the best way to confirm ur ownership is to have a receipt of robux bought and message them with that email attaching the receipt and they might recover ur account.

thank you for responding to my post, unfortunately, I do not have receipts from purchases in robux (I didnāt buy them on the official website, some friends gave me gift cards, some I earned myself) I can only provide a photo after they have been credited to my account in the āMy Transactionsā section.
now Iām waiting for one of the appeal moderators to respond to me, as heās sort of reviewing my case and possibly re-linking my email address to the one Iām communicating with them from, and Iāll prove that Iām the account ownerā¦

I also forgot to tell you that my age has been confirmed on my account with my passport. Could this be proof that I am the owner?

Ok I donāt know if you tried this yet but if u bought robux on a device (an iPad in my case , why my sister was hacked) and send them the like receipt of the purchase or like a picture of the purchase.
Also once u get the account back you just tell them how much you lost and they will give it back
Thank you for your reply! Iāve already tried to send screenshots of my purchase history, and lots of different screenshots, but they usually said they couldnāt confirm ownership of the account or account. if I can prove to them that I am the owner, then I can restore my robux.
