This happened with me a sometime ago, the best way to confirm ur ownership is to have a receipt of robux bought and message them with that email attaching the receipt and they might recover ur account.
thank you for responding to my post, unfortunately, I do not have receipts from purchases in robux (I didnāt buy them on the official website, some friends gave me gift cards, some I earned myself) I can only provide a photo after they have been credited to my account in the āMy Transactionsā section.
now Iām waiting for one of the appeal moderators to respond to me, as heās sort of reviewing my case and possibly re-linking my email address to the one Iām communicating with them from, and Iāll prove that Iām the account ownerā¦

Ok I donāt know if you tried this yet but if u bought robux on a device (an iPad in my case , why my sister was hacked) and send them the like receipt of the purchase or like a picture of the purchase.
Also once u get the account back you just tell them how much you lost and they will give it back
