Whats better, ads or sponsors and how do I spend my robux?

I only have about 4K to start off with, should I spend it on ads or sponsors and how much should I put in for each day?

Personally - sponsors always worked best for me, and for how much to put in - 50 to anything. Never less than 50 from my experience, maximum depends on your budget

I think the general consensus is “ads for PC, sponsors for mobile”

Both methods are good for a first launch, if your wanting to get your game out there try testing the waters and see which ad or sponsor performs better and you will eventually have a better option to choose from.

Everyone has there own approach when it comes to ‘how much should to spend on ads/sponsors’. Try experimenting spending small amounts on ads and see which ones performs better. You could spend 5k or less as a test, I would aim for a decent CTR depending on how much budget is put into each advertisement.

When it comes to spending this amount on a single ad; do little tests split it up each day and see. Basically just experiment and try to not spend it all at once. Here is a helpful source including informative information on how to advertise.
