Hello everyone, so last month my game reached over 100 MAU and I have been wondering if Roblox still hands out the crowns and if they do, how long will it take them (approximately)
Here’s a screenshot of the MAU
We reached 1.1K MAU on march 1st so I am not sure if Roblox will count that as MAU or not, cause if so, I should be eligible for 2 crowns. Thank you in advance
You might wanna support this topic because a bug report regarding this has been filed:
In short, you need to wait a few years to actually get crowns and if you contact support they tell you to email devawards@roblox.com which isn’t getting reviewed
So basically support is useless and you need to wait patiently getting it. Crowns get handed out rarely. This topic has been made too many times:
if i see another topic talking about not receiving the crown of o’s im going to kill somebody
I mean this only happened because of the lack of communication on robloxs side. It’s kinda their fault
To this day i am also still waiting for my crowns i am eligible for since ages
i got the golden one a while back and i dont even know what game it was for 
cuz none of mine are actually popular??
Ah alright, so I reached the 1K+ MAU one day after so I assume I’ll receive that one then in approximately 1-3 years on maximum until Roblox fixes their issue. I saw one topic saying that they’re handed out every 1/4 of a year.
