You might wanna support this topic because a bug report regarding this has been filed:
In short, you need to wait a few years to actually get crowns and if you contact support they tell you to email devawards@roblox.com which isn’t getting reviewed
So basically support is useless and you need to wait patiently getting it. Crowns get handed out rarely. This topic has been made too many times:
