I remember there being a third property called Local Assets Folder, but It seems to have been removed. What happened to it?

If it is what I am think of, I think they just store them online now.
I’m not entirely sure what you mean, but perhaps this will help:
Go to View and select Assets (on the left side somewhere, don’t know where exactly right now). There you will find a list, but not a directory.
Only one solution is to change config files. “LocalAssetsFolder” in GlobalSettings_13.xml
