I’ve heard different stories from different places, some say you can upload a UGC if you’re ID verified, some say you need to apply. Some say the only way to upload a UGC without being in the program is to pay a creator to upload it for you.
Am I able to just upload a UGC since I’m 17+ ID verified or do I have to reach out to a UGC creator, if so who would I talk to?
I’m not clear on this topic, I’d appreciate any help. Thanks
As of currently only people which are part of the UGC program can upload UGC items. This is going to change soon tho, soon everyone which is ID verified and has Premium 1000 / 2200 will be able to upload.

Is there an estimated date or quarter of year?
Disappointing because I applied a year ago for UGC where you had to make a hat in blender and document the process.
