To describe things as brief as I can, roblox studio seems to be locked at 30fps, but if I mess around with multiple instances at once it goes to 60fps. I’m equipped with a ryzen 9 3900x, 1070ti, 16GB of ram, all running on an SSD. I have tried uninstalling several times. My nvidia settings have not been tampered with. This started happening ever since I upgraded my CPU.

It only does this on my display 1 monitor. Extremely odd. Works fine on my second monitor.
