Wonders Ice-Cream Interview Guide
- INFORMATION:
- All interview sessions MUST have a Host, Co-host, interviewers (preferably an interviewer for each customer, but an interviewer may interview 2 customers if needed) and a maximum of 3 supervisors.
- Supervision Team+ may interview/supervise interview sessions, Management Team+ may host/co-host these sessions.
- The Host and Co-host must decide between themselves who will be the ranker for the session; this is usually the Co-host whilst the Host helps the session to run smoothly.
Please make sure to copy & paste the correct dialogue that your role has to say.

- BEGINNING THE SESSION:
To begin the session, the host must make sure that there are enough interviewers to interview the amount of customers needed; however, this isn’t always necessary! Interviewers are permitted to interview 2 customers if they feel as if they can.
Supervisors will be helpful, but are not always needed. It’s recommended that if you have a busy server, you have plenty of supervisors to help it run as smoothly as possible.
5 minutes before slocking the server, please announce to the trainees that ‘PTS’ is now enabled, and that no free-talking should be spread.
When the session is due to begin, please ensure that the slock command is enabled on the server. Please keep in mind that members with moderator commands can bypass this lock. The Host/Co-host must make sure any late staff members are kicked for being late (apart from SHRs.)
If there are any spare staff (remember the maximum of 3 supervisors), please make sure to politely kick them from the server as excess.
The host must begin using the ‘m’ command: (Host/Co-host must copy & paste this following dialogue)
HOST: Hello, welcome to your Wonders Interview session for today. My name is [USERNAME] and I’m joined alongside the lovely [USERNAME]. It’s a pleasure to be here today!
Please remain silent and attentive whilst my co-host begins to state the rules. Pay attention, as these rules will be crucial for your passing today!
CO-HOST: I. Always use grammar whilst in any of our games. Failure to follow this rule after III strikes will result in a demotion.
II. Do not troll in any of our games; this is unprofessional and will result in a demotion of your role.
III. If you catch anybody breaking the rules in our games, please give them I warning before contacting an MR+. Any biased warnings will result in a warning for yourself, and possibly a demotion.
IV. Always follow the staff guidelines; you can locate these in our communications server.
V. Please do not argue with your Interviewer if you do happen to fail; this will result in a kick from the session. Your interviewer has spent some of their free time to interview you today, so be grateful!
Thank you for listening closely to the rules, I will now hand back to the Host, who will give you further instructions on what to do next.

Lovely! Before we begin, I would like to run through some quick tips for this session.
First, you will have a maximum of III grammar strikes for this interview session. If you can correct your mistake before me, it won’t be counted.
If you receive all III strikes, you will be auto-failed and removed from the server.
You will have III minutes to answer each question with as much detail as you can. Make sure to maximise your sentences for a guaranteed pass.

- ENDING THE SESSION:
When the session has ended, all customers should be ranked and kicked from the session. The Host will thank the staff for coming, make any announcements and then shut-down the server using the ‘shutdown’ command.
The session has now ended.
