Wonders Ice-Cream Staff Guidelines & Rules
- STAFF GUIDELINES:
- Whilst working at Wonders, you must use grammar at all times in game. This is to show professionality- any staff members caught with 3 grammar strikes will receive a demotion.
- Do not Admin Abuse (AA); you’ve been given these commands for a reason, don’t abuse them! Anyone accidentally abusing a command will receive a warning, but if it’s purposely, you will be demoted.
- False/biased warnings given towards customers will result in a warning for yourselves. HR+ are allowed to strike lower staff, MRs are NOT allowed to give LRs warnings.
- You must give only 1 warning to a troller before getting an MR+.
- If you catch somebody exploiting, please report it with proof to a HR+. This results in a pban.
- If somebody is mass spamming, it results in a pban.
- Use your resources to catch rule-breakers; do not make assumptions. If you believe somebody is breaking a rule, make sure to check chat logs (or ask an MR+ to check) before taking consequences.
- Hinting will result in a verbal warning, and a decreased chance of gaining a promotion.
- Use common sense, if you think something is not right, dont do it!
PLEASE NOTE: We have a zero tolerance policy in effect, if you are doing any of the above things, or doing anything out these rules that are not appropriate, you are subject to loss of rank, and permenant-ban from all Wonders Ice Cream related assets.
- RANK DESCRIPTIONS:
Trainee: A new worker, yet to be trained.
Junior Scooper: An experienced employee.
Scooper: A well-trained employee.
Senior Scooper: A professional employee.
Intern: The first MR role, an inexperienced management team member.
Supervision Team: Supervises the Creamery to make sure everything’s okay.
Head of Supervision: A well experienced supervision member.
Management Team: The first HR role, a member part of the management aspect of Wonders.
Administrative Team: A member that helps with the administrative aspect of Wonders.
Chief Staff Officer: An officer that manages all staff members underneath this role.
Chief Operations Officer: An officer that manages operational activities (sessions, shifts etc) around the group.
Public Relations Director: A director that manages alliances and relations for the group.
Chief Executive Officer: A trusted staff member that manages all departments and staff.
Developmental Team: A member of the developing team, who build/script for the group’s games.
President: The group’s first SHR rank; a trusted administrative member who deals with the group’s main issues.
Vice Chair-Person: The co-owner of the group, personally assists the chairperson.
Chairperson: The group’s owner.
