In order to be IP banned I believe you have to do something actually bad. Like exploiting, creating TOS breaking content, etc.
So I belive you have to get terminated, and only then would other accounts on the same wifi ip will get terminated, dont quote me on that though

My assumption would be that possibly the creator of the asset, or another user of the asset was banned and the system might think they are the same person.

@FroDev1002 That’s exactly right. But that’s the funny part. I was never banned, never received a warning, never broken any ToS, yet I was randomly banned out of the blue.
@TucsonGuy Yes that is what I think it is as well. But the weird part is, I made another account yesterday, uploaded the same asset to Roblox Studio, and voila! Everything was working perfectly. No bans no warnings. So I am inclined to think it is not the asset, rather just another unmoderated ban wave that banned hundreds of innocent people.

No. I am aware that people also got banned for collecting some tokens from The Hunt but their bans were immediately revoked the next day. My situation is much more serious because I was banned seemingly for no reason at all since Roblox provided me 0 reason.

Ban happened March 19th. I appealed immediately. My appeal was rejected the same day by the bot.

I appealed yet again to the Moderation team. This time, I picked another sub-category, something like: “Wrongly moderated for an asset that I published”. So, the ticket went to an actual human. Bot responded to me within the same day but I still have not received any follow-up email yet.

I just now noticed that my original ticket to the first bot was also reviewed by another bot and the image just above is sent by a different bot regarding my original appeal that was rejected. Attached the Ticket # in the image caption to help you guys keep track.

The second ticket that I sent under a different sub-category was reviewed immediately by a human and received a message from a Support member.

After no response for a day, I sent a follow-up email to them instead. Of course, no reply there.

After two full days of no response from the Roblox Team even when they had the whole week to do it, I had to send another follow-up, clarifying my issue again.

Of course, today being Sunday, I don’t expect to receive an email today. However, I do expect a reply tomorrow or on Tuesday (3/25).

Hello, I cant exactly show a source of this happening, but Ive seen multiple people talk about it and seen some places where people were discussing that they had this similar issue. I cant confirm that the issue these people are facing is due to someone on their internet, but some people have mentioned that its just them, no one got banned, etc.
So I think other people are experiencing this too. Ill keep you posted if I find anything else out.

Hey this has happened to me 5 days ago and I had the same luck as you… thing is I live off Roblox as it’s my income I lost my UGC group with millions of robux in it that I cant even access anymore… I have bills to pay and now I can’t and I am lost on what to do I have tried everything… And to make matters worse all my items will go offsale in a few days when premium runs out and it will screw up the algorithm even if I do get unbanned which I feel like I wont atp. Years of work just down the drain over this bs auto ban thing I have been trying to build something on this platform just for it to all be taken down in a blink of an eye… its absolutely terrifying that Roblox can just do this to us and there are so so so many people getting falsely terminated. and we cant do anything about it…

I think you should get a lawyer atp. I really hope you can afford one and things work out for you.
Sad thing is a lawyer cant really do anything in this case. Well unless theres something that I dont know that you can do with one. As well, you cant sue roblox.
(Of course that depends on where you live, but a lot of the place you cant sue them)

I think Roblox is committing fraud by banning people with literally thousands and thousands of Robux, not allowing them to Devex, banning players who are literally Premium owners, are UGC creator, etc. Roblox is basically harboring their skills and assets and in turn banning them. Their items still exist on Roblox. And according to the new 3D Model Generation they are working on, anything and everything developers upload to Roblox will be and is used by Roblox to feed their machine learning model. It may not be infringement on intellectual property (because users have to agree to their ToS) but it is definitely a scam.
I do have to agree with it, but still you cant sue them or whatever cause as you said, you’ve agreed to the TOS, so yeah not much a lawyer can do. Ofc that depends on where you live.
