Issue:
Username: leoprad2006 I was banned with the reason stating that I created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action. I believe this is a misunderstanding, and I would like to appeal the termination. I was previously never banned or suspended.
I downloaded a coral asset from https://poly.pizza/search/coral and attempted to upload it into Roblox Studio for use in my underwater game. When I uploaded the asset, I received the following error: “PublishService AssetUpload failed. Info: single part asset create call failed HTTP StatusCode: 403, Message: User is Banned.”
I do not understand why my account was permanently banned for this, as the asset was a simple coral model and did not violate any community standards to my knowledge. I was not trying to bypass a previous ban, nor have I created any alternate accounts for that purpose. I am also not aware of other people banned using this asset and I was using this asset purely on my own.

Surprise, surprise.
After a whole month of silent treatment and sending countless emails to the Support Team, a moderator messaged from this Devforum post saying my account was restored.
I don’t think my account would have ever been restored if I never marked this post for moderator review and marked my other Devforum post under “Bugs” for moderation review. This was as much as of a miracle because I fully believed my account was as good as lost.
Lastly, I would only like to thank YOU guys for bringing this post and this massive flaw of the Roblox moderation system to the surface and in the spotlight. Without the attention, Roblox might have barely looked at this matter, let alone my account.
I have requested the Moderator to unban all accounts unfairly affected by this ban wave.

Ban happened March 19th. I appealed immediately. My appeal was rejected the same day by the bot.

I appealed yet again to the Moderation team. This time, I picked another sub-category, something like: “Wrongly moderated for an asset that I published”. So, the ticket went to an actual human. Bot responded to me within the same day but I still have not received any follow-up email yet.

I just now noticed that my original ticket to the first bot was also reviewed by another bot and the image just above is sent by a different bot regarding my original appeal that was rejected. Attached the Ticket # in the image caption to help you guys keep track.

The second ticket that I sent under a different sub-category was reviewed immediately by a human and received a message from a Support member.

After no response for a day, I sent a follow-up email to them instead. Of course, no reply there.

After two full days of no response from the Roblox Team even when they had the whole week to do it, I had to send another follow-up, clarifying my issue again.

Of course, today being Sunday, I don’t expect to receive an email today. However, I do expect a reply tomorrow or on Tuesday (3/25).

Hi guys. This is probably the last update y’all will hear from me. Roblox has provided me with absolutely zero response so far. My case is getting fully ignored. I saw this coming but it is what it is. Roblox should be ashamed of its moderation system. Roblox is committing literal fraud and scam by banning users who have spent hundreds and hundreds of real money on this “game”.
