RANK INFORMATION
LR Ranks
Guest - A user who is not in the group.
Premium Customer - A user who is a group member.
Awaiting Training - A user who has passed their application. They cannot enter the kitchen, but can now train for higher ranks. (Application Center is found here.)
Junior Barista - A user who has passed their application & 1 training. They can now enter the kitchen, and can also train for higher ranks.
Barista - A user who has passed their application & 2 trainings. They can now enter the kitchen with a more experienced mindset, and can also train for higher ranks.
Senior Barista - A user who has passed their application & 3 trainings. They can now enter the kitchen with an even more experienced mindset, but in order to receive their next promotion, they must pass applications or get recommended by Assistant Managers+.
MR Ranks
Staff Assistant - This role is given to users who have succeeded in applications or recommendations and are fit to become a member of the MR team. They can now assist in training and supervise the Juice Bar.
Assistant Supervisor - This role is given to users who have been noticed by a Corporate Intern+ for their work ethics and activity. They can now train in training and supervise the Juice Bar.
Supervisor - This role is given to users who have been noticed by a Corporate Intern+ for their work ethics and activity. They can now host at training and supervise the Juice Bar.
Assistant Manager - This role is given to users who have been noticed by a Corporate Intern+ for their work ethics and activity. They can host at training and can now host shifts at the Juice Bar.
General Manager - This role is given to users who have been noticed by a Corporate Intern+ for their work ethics and activity. They can host at training and can now host shifts at the Juice Bar. This is the highest MR rank, and these users are the most trusted to help out the LRs with their work.
HR Ranks
Corporate Intern - This is the first HR rank. With this position, Corporate Intern’s may choose a department to specialise in at Zestin. These departments include communications, operations, and compliance.
Junior Corporate - This is the second HR rank. With this position, Junior Corporates may answer support tickets on the main server. Users with this rank are deeply trusted.
Senior Corporate - This is the third and final HR rank. With this position, Senior Corporates may focus deeply on department work and ensure that the department is running smoothly. Users with this rank are deeply trusted.
SHR Ranks
Presidential Assistant - This is the first SHR rank. The Presidential Assistants work alongside leadership to keep the group running smoothly through activity and funding. They also either lead or oversee departments.
President - The owner of the group.
Other Ranks
Development Team - A member of Zestin’s development team that helps with GUI’s, building, and scripting towards Zestin.
Honored Representative - A member of Zestin that represents one of Zestin’s alliances, and hosts many collaborative events alongside Zestin.
Noted Customer - A noted member of Zestin; this includes donators and former HRs+.
