This handbook is designed for the Aauvi LRs, although is public for all to read.

Rules, Policies, and more


Trollers, Disruptive Customers/Guests, and exploiters:

  • At all times, trollers and disruptive guests get 1 verbal warning. If continuation occurs, please instantly contact an Administrator via the ‘!support’ command, the group wall, or Communications Server. Please, remember to only warn trollers and disruptive guests simply once.

  • Exploiters, hackers, and bypassers simply receive no warnings whatsoever. Please donot attempt to converse with an exploiter, simply contact an Administrator to Permanently Ban them from our Community. Once again, exploiters, bypassers, hackers, etc receive no warnings whatsoever.

Staff Bans (SBans):

  • A staff ban is a ban that prevents a player from exceeding the rank of Customer. These likely will be unappealable, although please reference our Appeals Guide or the following paragraph for more information.

Staff bans occur for many reasons relating to the following:

  • Trolling
  • Unprofessionalisim
  • Exploting
  • Abuse of Commands
  • Displaying disrespect to peers
    etc

Commands:

  • As an LR you are given the ‘!support’ command and the Utility System to use while working. The support function is strictly used for calling an Administrator. Failure to understand will result in an SBan, demotion, or even further consequence.

Point Cheating:

  • Another important peice of info to keep in mind is that point cheating at Aauvi is strictly prohibited, and will result in an SBan as well as demotion and likely a PBan as well.

Important Information

  • As a Juicer, you are expected to act professional, show kindness tword customers, peers and Admins, and to assist in setting Aauvi up for secuess. Our LRs mainly represent our community, as they are needed for our group to stay on its feet.

  • If at any point you encounter a Troller, exploiter, bypasser, or disruptive customer, please call ‘!support’ or reference the “Rules, Policies, and more” tab
