Allow to have UIStroke INSIDE an Object

As a Roblox developer, it is currently impossible to have UIStroke inside an Object (make the outline follow the edges on the inside of the object and not on the outside).

Here is an example from Photoshop:

If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because the outer contour encroaches on areas of other objects.
