Animations Importing Incorrectly

In short, When I Import Characters with Animations using the Import 3D File plug-in, the animations are not consistent with how it looks in blender.

Example

In Game

Even viewing in the Import 3D File Plug-in, you can see that the bobbing is still there.

In Blender

Further Information

With the old and deprecated custom character importer, i face a similar issue, however it was not as severe:

Conclusion

As you can see, it becomes an eyesore since it breaks the feng shui of the game when every character you see clips through the ground or is hopping (some of them hop above the ground instead of bobbing below)

Make sure it has root part, and that the root part is in center of the world(In blender), also make sure it doesnt move when its animated

They are single-meshed rigs & there are 200+ of them, if I could have a solution that doesn’t require editing each one that would be ideal, but I will look into that

Very strange. Do you have Animation Retargeting enabled in Workspace properties? It could be a problem with that.

Hey, I just checked and it does not seem to be the case, if you want to try, here is the dove, just import the file and it will contain all of the animations
Dove_Animations.fbx (1.1 MB)

Thanks for the report; We’ll follow up when we have an update for you!

Thank you! I was able to discover with the help of a friend that the issue stems from bones not being able to scale, is there a way that I can shift this over to a feature request?
