As a Roblox developer, it is currently impossible to organize the attachments within an object using Folders.
If Roblox were to address this issue, it would allow developers to better organize our attachments, which can make things easier to manage. For example, if I were working with a custom rig for an RPG game, a feature like this would allow us to better differentiate between Armor attachments and Accessory attachments.
Can this be a thing yet? it’s super annoying not being able to parent attachments to folders when you have dozens or hundreds of attachments in a single part
I need a part to have about 15 attachments. Some have a common purpose that are different from the others. Would be nice to be able to put attachments in folders.
Omg yes. Full support. Being able to parent attachments to something that isnt a basepart or the terrain instance, would be such a great help for organising lots of attachments!
Im not sure why this isnt a feature, it could be super useful especially for something im making right now where creating attachments from a script will be really annoying to do
