If you launch the “Play Roblox” shortcut located in the start menu app list once, it should register as Roblox’s launch handler.
It seems that the UWP version of Roblox imposes itself on bloxstrap somehow ignoring the protocol selection (bloxstrap was set in the registry editor)
I fixed it by selecting the bloxstrap executable directly with my browser (Firefox)
In settings bloxstrap not even showing
Got around to using it and its a great piece of software. But, there are some features I wish there were such as: Older TopBar/leadboard Simulation like:
(if possible of course) then another feature is a list of FFLags in the fflag editor so you don’t have to go on the web and search for it. Kinda like this
Other than that, Its very good! Great Job!
Getting the old topbar and leaderboard is not possible with Bloxstrap, although it could be possible with exploits as they can modify CoreGUI.
I’m pretty sure there is also a reason for FFlags not being listed in the FFlag editor.
Is using this against the roblox TOS?
Wait, then how come the Escape menu can be modified, but not CoreGuis like that? Isn’t the Escape menu a CoreGui too?
I really love your work. Thank You for all
The escape menu version changer modifies a FFlag, you can do this without any external programs.
This is not against Roblox TOS, all it does is launch Roblox and modify FFlags and local files.
Amazing work, been using it for a little white and I love the level of customization it offers, some of these changes really should be implemented!
is this against roblox tos i mean if i did install it and run it, would my account get banned is it risky to use it ?
No it will not get you banned since it just launches Roblox with a few client flags enabled.
Please see @mekboy21’s reply right above your’s before asking questions like these.
You replied to the wrong person LOL, I’m guessing you wanted to reply to @Ahdlibya!
Yeah but as you quoted me on, Bloxstrap is not against TOS.
Minus my antivirus screaming bloody murder when there’s an update, I absolutely love this. I’ve been using it for a while now for unlocking my FPS, changing the rendering engine (OBS vs Byfron moment), forcing the older ESC menu, and more! Overall, Bloxstrap makes Roblox much more enjoyable, and I’m always excited to recommend it to others.
You are right; I should have read the above reply. However, who has the time to read 250 replies? I asked because Blox-strap has multiple Roblox instance launchers, and I don’t know if Roblox could recognize it as a cheat engine or something like that. Thank you for pointing that out.

This was mentioned in the GitHub README.
This app looks cool, I just hate how you used Micro$oft’s garbage universal UI (that completely failed to catch on TWICE in the past, by the way) instead of something cross-platform like MAUI/Xamarin Forms, or even halfway decent visually like WinForms.
WinForms is more visually appealing to you than WinUI? Wow, that’s a brave take.
Also, if I was caring about cross-platform, I wouldn’t have made in C#, lol
Some people are using this as an ESP exploit for my game. Is there a way to read which FFlags are enabled? or anything of the sort?
