So, I wanted to make a seat in studio, but when I try to move or rotate a part, it wont move or rotate, it will show a hand grabbing something and an anchor next to it. How can I fix this?
I remember, I had this too. Try turning off constraints

The constraints option is turned on (only allows moving parts with constraints attached to them), you need to toggle this off in order to move any unlocked part.

Try turning off Constraints. If the problem persists, you can restart Roblox Studio.

I had this problem without constraints (And without anything that should be doing this). I use an older computer, which I’m sure several people will say is the problem, but I had to delete and reinstall studio for it to be fixed. I’m not sure what the problem is, but it’d be nice if anyone does know.

If constraints dosent work, you might need to turn off join surfaces since it looks like the two blocks are touching.

Remove the weld that is put inside the part. To prevent this to happen again you can turn off Join Surfaces like also told at the post above me.

Go to the model section and check the moving increment. It happens to me all the time lol.
