I’m pretty sure it doesn’t work that way. No one who verified their age (besides the Developers in the Spatial VC Beta who don’t even need to verify), has access yet.
I’m assuming that when Spatial Voice comes out to the public, it will be available to you sooner or later after you verify.
I’m assuming in the near future, that you’ll be able to report the player as you do with chat… and that a snapshot of the voice chat around the person that reported will be accessible to moderate. Not completely sure, but obviously they need some sort of way.
Well this really depends on the context, some people can be really judgemental… not to mention this does not discourage the fact that possibilities are exist able, there are tons of scenarios I can see occurring with this. Furthermore, AFAIK you could in theory reuse your ID on tons of accounts, which then you could easily troll/harass with…

I believe it labeling the grade you are in counts enough as your age.

Yeah see that’s a problem, my family doesn’t travel, but is there a way to get a passport without actually traveling? We won’t be anytime soon lolz

You don’t need to have intentions of traveling to get a passport. I’ve never left the country, and I have a passport.
Roblox has said they do not store your ID, so Roblox isn’t using your ID. They clearly said they don’t store them, I trust that. If they ever do something with them, we can then sue them. And now, how do you know Roblox isn’t doing anything with your CC info, like, how do you trust Roblox and what they supposedly do with your CC info?
This ID verification is a terrible idea. I just want it scrapped for good. I don’t trust giving my ID to some 3rd party, also what if a hack occurs? Millions of IDs would be leaked for hackers to use.
Then just don’t verify, simple as that.
As you can see, the IDs are turned into anonymized values, so they are not saved and pretty sure they won’t be able to be “leaked”.
Was scrolling through comments just out of curiosity and figured I’d let those who are 13+, live in America and do not have an ID (at least yet) know that you could just ride up to your local DMV (or schedule an appointment) and request a “State ID” for a few bucks… It should be in your mail box within 2 weeks and you are able to verify with that. Sounds like a lot just for a video game, but I’m sure if you’re that interested in Spatial Voice like I am, then this wouldn’t be a bad way to go.

Im pretty sure that is not like that since many players including me dont have the voice chat settings in the Roblox page, can you provide some screenshots or a link to where you got that info?
