Check how many icons are visible in the topbar without using GetCoreGuiEnabled?

To find the number of visible icons in the topbar, I’ve been using GetCoreGuiEnabled and counting the number of enabled items, such as Backpack and Chat. With the introduction of the Emotes menu, this is no longer a viable method for reasons mentioned here.

Are there any other practical methods to do this or calculate the inset of the final icon, without using GetCoreGuiEnabled?
