Yes! We’re working on additional categories for accessory adjustment now – neck, shoulders, front, and back – and we expect to enable these categories for accessory adjustment this quarter.

Just like the initial launch, these will be available via API as well as in the platform Avatar Editor.

Question about uploadable videos: will there ever be a day where we can watch full movies in Roblox? In the past, players would use slideshows or at best make GIFs by uploading image by image. I’d love to see some form of movies arrive at Roblox!

Do you plan to add more options to moving 3d objects? currently, functions like BulkMoveTo are much too slow for my applications to the point where updating bones are faster and I’d be more than willing to sacrifice the extra slop I wont need (or can integrate custom implementations for that suit my needs) such as events, physics, or collision for a more optimized approach at moving lots of parts at once (for example, a tower defense game, or a smoke simulation, both of which don’t need bottlenecks like collision or physics to account for).

With Roblox slowly moving away from guilded are community shouts going to be more customizable (posting images/links etc) within the roblox site rather than just posting guilded announcements?

Can we ever expect to see Roblox’s automatic refund messages include more info on moderated accessories such as the name or at the very least, the asset ID? As someone who buys accessories often, it’s hard to tell what exactly is going missing from my collection.

With the removal of legacy chat on the very near horizon, with part of the policy already presumably gone into effect; are there any plans to support cross-server communication, longer messages and editing messages in-transit using TextChatService? These presumably fairly common use-cases not currently being supported has devastatingly killed off many plans for quite a few unique experiences that I’ve been developing and the lack of response to the gap in the API has left me (and presumably many other developers) guessing about how we can comply with the policy, given our use-cases simply aren’t supported anymore.

Can we expect this feature to also roll out for hair accessories? This is maybe my biggest want— I know layered hair accessories may complicate this, but there are also several layered hat and neck accessories I can think of at the top of my head.

To add to @idelww question allowing PBR support would be very useful, it’s already on the platform with the promotional robux items and some others, is there a particular reason as to why we don’t have access to it?

Thanks for the question! Yes, we are working on styling and aim to release a system before mid-year. UI capabilities like blur are on our roadmap and you should expect to see them late this year, so stay tuned!

Is this still true? Why do you believe in automatic optimization so much rather than letting the user configure performance/quality themself?

When can we expect the “New voxel light grid” to get released now that it got de-prioritized in favor of releasing other improvements like increased light ranges?

Are animations planned for the new StyleSheet system (something similar to css’s transition property)?

We sometimes test features with a limited group before making them widely available. This helps us refine the feature based on user feedback. We’re working to expand access to everyone in the coming weeks!

While we appreciate the importance of the platform, we have no updates about Roblox (or Studio) on Linux to share at this time and it’s not currently on our roadmap.

Will you be adding native support for some OS devices, like ARM and Linux, in the future? I also heard that the Nintendo Switch (mainly the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2) would get Roblox soon

Not technical but are there any plans on letting us pay for commissions directly with our Robux instead of buying others assets? 30% cut on all payments we do is punishing, and this is an issue if you are a dev who’s getting paid with Robux and you don’t own the group, and later on you want to make your own game.
