Hi Creators,

Nick (@skywise84) and Tian (@lowercasecreator) here, excited to share that tomorrow Thursday, September 19 from 1:30-3:30 pm PT we’ll be hosting our next Creator AMA! Off the heels of yet another incredible RDC, we want to hear your questions about the announcements we made. As a refresher, this is what we announced at RDC24. We will open up the AMA for questions in a separate post tomorrow, so please save your questions for then.

As a reminder, please be concise and ask one question per comment, so we can answer as many as possible. We’re excited to hear your feedback and dive deeper into our vision for Roblox creators, so join us back on the DevForum tomorrow.

It’s really cool that we can ask any questions about what has been announced.

Regarding root motion you’ll see it in action soon, big big chunks of it are already in the engine and used in the new Locomotion/Character Movement!

People abbreviating everything and thinking everyone understands is problematic.

Its not self explanatory if you don’t know it.

tmi? I don’t think so? ymmv? its not that hard to use actual words.

What about other languages? (is a translator going to know what AMA is?)

This isn’t the thread for the questions, typically about an hour or two they will make a new devforum post in announcements and have it scheduled to unlock at whatever time its set for, they’ll wait about 30 minutes for questions to come in and start answering until the 2 hour mark then they’ll lock the post and continue answering which ever questions hadn’t yet been answered.
