Over the past several hours, Roblox monetization features have been experiencing progressively worsening issues. Specifically, the Group Revenue and Sales pages in both the Creator Hub and the “Configure Group” interface have begun intermittently failing to load, returning HTTP 500 errors with messages such as “Unable to load revenue summary.”
Simultaneously, purchases are no longer being logged correctly. I noticed this issue when our game’s “Overview” analytics page showed a ~200% drop in purchases despite stable or increased player counts. This suggests many purchases are still going through but are not being logged.
As of a few minutes ago, the only entries showing up in our group’s Sales log has become 0 Robux private server purchases — records of any actual sales of game passes, developer products, or other monetized items have been halted from being logged.
This issue is urgent as it is decimating our revenue: without accurate purchase logging, we cannot verify income or track sales performance. Additionally, I made several test purchases myself; Robux was deducted from my account, but no corresponding revenue appeared in the group’s pending earnings, Sales tab, or Monetization Overview in Creator Hub. This indicates that Robux may be getting deducted from players without reaching the intended group or game.
Please escalate immediately. We need confirmation on:
Whether this is purely a reporting/UI issue or if Robux have truly been lost during affected transactions.
When stats will be restored to affected groups and games.
This problem poses a severe financial risk to developers relying on accurate purchase tracking and revenue flow.

Similar issue with me here. My roblox transactions page is not working, half of the time it doesn’t load the main page and when it does load and I go to the category Purchases it NEVER loads, I refreshed multiple times, went into a different browser, and the Purchases page never loads
