If you have not received your crown(s) within 3 months from when you achieve the goal, please contact devawards@roblox.com.

I emailed them multiple times, and have waited >1y without any response. Have had 1M+ MAU for >1y too. Have not received any Crown of O’s.

If it’s a group game, they will only give it to the group owner.
Also, you could try to resend an email since they haven’t responded.

If you have hit 100 MAU 2 days ago then it’s logic that you did not receive it yet, it usually takes 3 months.

I own a game which previously had 100k+ mau & have also obtained 10k+ mau across multiple other games. I don’t understand why I was only given the golden crown of os? Not even the bombastic one was given to me.

Roblox you are doing a terrible job. Why do group games not count towards the developer rewards… I am the owner of my group and my game has 5k+ MAU and I not got a single crown. But today I saw some people got it but why group owners not get it… its unfair because groups are a must have for big games.
