Disable auto-lock in recruitment

As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard for others (who want to be hired and want to give a voucher) to a certain user, but currently, it’s harder now due to this “auto-lock”

If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my experience using the forum because
other people could reply (who want to be hired and want to give a voucher)

I am guessing this idea by @kingerman88 may help with the callouts

Just to clarify, #collaboration:portfolios does not auto lock. It is only in #collaboration:recruitment which does require this.

Could you give a counter argument to what was expressed here by DevRel?

Hey all, this change was made to help reduce the amount of rule-breaking posts made in this category, whether these were off-topic, accusations or similar posts. Adding to what @sjr04 is stating, #collaboration:recruitment is like a job posting place. No one on a job posting website asks the questions under that same page, they DM the recruiter to gain more information. I think Roblox’s decision is going in the right direction.
