Disorder in WrapLayer Feature Causes Initial Appearance of Eyebrows on Female Skinned Mesh Avatar

Issue Description

When using the Roblox skinned mesh avatar (female) version, eyebrows are appearing at first due to a disorder within the WrapLayer feature. This occurs within Roblox experiences (a.k.a “games”).

Reproduction Steps

1. Launch any Roblox experience.
2. Use an avatar that features the female-skinned mesh version.
3. Observe the eyebrows appearing initially, despite the intended behavior.

Expected Behavior:

The eyebrows of the female-skinned mesh avatar should not appear initially, maintaining the intended appearance and order within the WrapLayer feature.

OBSERVATION: This is also affecting other bundles too! The same thing where this happened almost one year ago.
