Staff Promotions & Punishments

:bulb: Here in Enroute, we have a total of 4 ranks that manages our ranks. Detailed of these positions will be listed below, every member of the rank will be responsible for every promotions and demotions. All of the listed positions below may only promote and give punishments to the rank assigned to them.

Rank Managers

  • Administration Team (Trial Moderator - Moderator)
  • Chief Administrative Officer (Senior Moderator - Management Team)
  • Chief Staff Offcer (Administration Team)
  • Executive Board (Public Relations Officer - Chief Staff Offcer)

:spiral_notepad: Our promotions generally revolves around a recommendation system given by any member of the Management Team, Administration Team, the HR Board or even the Executive Board. You may simply DM a member of any of the rank managers who manages that rank listed above in order to recommend a promotion. You may not recommend any members above your position.

We may also promote staff by their experience, maturity, professionalism and time they have spent here as a staff in Enroute. Threads may be created in our the appropriate channels in order to discuss about promotions by Administration Team+, leaking any sort of promotions that we will be expecting soon is not allowed. Below this, we will have a list of what we should look in a staff member before any promotions given.

Requirements

  • Active and a devoted member of the community
  • Experienced, must be at least in their current rank for 2-3 weeks
  • Mature and respects everyone, regardless of how rude others may be
  • Recognized by the Administration Team+ and Community
  • Understands the basics of moderation

:closed_book: We do not recommend promoting staff members in Discord, instead, please use the ranking system provided in our Roblox group to. After that, you may execute the “?update [Discord User ID]” command in order to rank them in discord. After promotion, rank managers must notify any member from the Chief Staff Officer+

:closed_book: Any favoritism, corruption of anyone as a rank manager will be held accountable by every single member of the rank as they have failed to notify a higher team member. This means if you were to promote a player because you favor them, the entire rank will be responsible for it.

:bulb: If a staff member was accused of any wrong doing, this should be dealt accordingly. Here, in Enroute, we do not give any suspensions as we do not see the benefit of it. Suspensions are basically just an inactivity notice, we believe that staff members who are suspended will not learn anything from it.

:spiral_notepad: We, instead, give verbal warnings and demotions only. Verbal warnings will only be given when there was a major or minor mistake made by the staff member. Whether or not it was intentionally or an accident is also extremely crucial, if it was a major mistake such as accidentally banning a member, this should be given as a verbal warning, they must fix their mistakes by unbanning the player and attempting to reach out to that player to inform them that they were banned falsely.

Intentionally banning a member without having any sight of guilt, this staff member should be demoted or fired as they will no longer be trusted with any type of moderations. All verbal warnings and demotions should not be shared with anyone else than the Chief Staff Officer+.

:closed_book: If you’d like to report a staff member for any of their wrong doing, please directly contact any rank manager who manages that rank. If you are a rank manager of that rank and already dealt with the situation and have the staff member punishment executed, such as the Administration Team who dealt with an admin abuse of a Moderator, you are required to notify any member of the Chief Staff Officer+ of the punishment you executed.

:closed_book: If all rank managers who manages that rank is currently busy and you do have access to that staff member to remove their permission while the situation is an emergency and must be dealt as quickly as possible, you may remove their permission first from the group and then use the "?update [Discord User ID] in order to update their rank in Discord. You must after notify both of any member of the Chief Staff Officer+ and the position who manages the rank you have removed.

:tada: Congratulations! This is the end of this guide, I understand if you are feeling frustrated, but no worries though! You’ll get through this overtime after you are more experienced. If you have any questions, feel free to ask any staff members who have experience with this guide.
