Evidence for termination appeal? ("enforcement" ban)

Hi folks,

My main (and sole) ROBLOX account of 13 years was hit with the notorious “enforcement ban”:

As seems to be a running theme, my brother’s account was terminated at the same time for unrelated reasons:

For context - both mine and my brother’s accounts shared the same email address (for parental reasons when they were created), which may explain how we were erroneously linked.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

  1. Unsuccessfully appealed to the bots twice
  2. Rejected with a human response once

In all cases, I’ve tried to provide as much evidence as possible; account creation dates, the fact I am ID verified, asked them to check IP history to show we live apart, encouraged them to check my otherwise clean moderation history.

On the advice of others, I’ve encouraged my brother to appeal his own termination in the hope that might stand a better chance. He is currently awaiting a response.

As it stands I have a few questions:

  1. The asset my brother was moderated for was uploaded in 2018 - we don’t know what it was, let alone if the moderation action was even correct. Is there any way to know what it was?

  2. My brother and I were terminated at the exact same time - therefore how was I ‘evading enforcement’? A. I didn’t “create an account” to avoid it (my account is older than his, certainly older than the 2018 incident) and B. I didn’t “use an account” to avoid it because we got terminated at the exact same time to the minute lol - I didn’t log in once prior to this. Is this ground for appeal?

  3. If I want to upload evidence (receipts, old emails from ROBLOX confirming we are separate people) how can I do this? I certainly can’t do so on the appeal form.

  4. As a UK resident am I still entitled to the 6 month appeal window? I’d expect pre-Brexit regulations to have been carried over / mirrored somewhat, though I’m unsure.

Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately, I don’t think there is a way.

I’d also recommend contacting Roblox Support, that’s your best bet.

Thanks for the quick reply. That makes things difficult lol - ROBLOX really ought to just delete these old assets instead of banning users for things they uploaded years ago.

You reckon I just keep trying the appeal bots?

Yes, here’s what I saw someone say in a different post…

  • Make a short straight to the point post on your FIRST APPEAL as it should be a human.
  • If it’s rejected, use an AI to generate an appeal cuz AI to AI they work well.

i was just looking through forums cuz im bored

Also, when were you banned?

My first human appeal was very direct and had as much evidence as I could fit in the character count, sadly that’s already been rejected. The ban occurred on the 26th.

Nevermind, I am blind af, I see it shows that you were banned 1/26 in the ss.

I would try using an AI to generate an appeal for you that’s straight to the point because it’s an AI.

Is there a reason you’re keeping track of roblox’s employees activity?

Also @pigpigpigpigpigplon what did you upload for it to be considered “terrorism”

Read the post before commenting.

You can contact support to find out mostlikely

Enforcement bans are based on account information such as email, phone number, location, etc. If it was someone else in your household then click this big appeal button and you got a chance to get unbanned

Only people inside the EU got 6 months to appeal. Any other location got 30 days
