Since it seems to happen to everyone on Logitech mice, I’m guessing this issue is actually nothing to do with the fast scrolling and is actually this: Scroll wheel pans camera if it has a sideways scroll

Been experiencing this practically every game I have been played recently. It isn’t a very major bug, but still gets kinda annoying.

I just edited the post title & contents, @madattak seem to have picked up on the real problem, which is that side/horizontal scroll is what causes the issue. I suppose I just tend to press my mouse wheel to either side if I zoom in/out really fast? either way, thanks for mentioning this!

Side scrolling doesn’t break the camera for me, just fast scrolling.

Seems like there may in fact be two separate issues here! It’s really easy to accidentally nudge the mouse wheel sideways, it took me a while to figure out that was what was causing it for me, but it seems for some people the problem may be different. Guess we’ll have to wait until after Christmas to figure that out.

I don’t use mouse, i use a mouse-pad and the camera zoom still breaks.
The only solution is use the I and O buttons.

i can confirm that this is still happening to me in games and that the only way to fix it is with I and O keys

Unfortunately this is intended. If you have a trackpad you can’t turn this stupid control scheme off, ever. People (including myself) have been asking for an option to turn it off for months but nobody listens. Maybe now they will?? I would much prefer the old experience rather than this new trendy gesture crap.

They appear to have fixed this on windows computers, however as a mac user, I have had to deal with this for the past 4 months, and continue to deal with it now. Could roblox possibly revert this feature on mac as well until they fix it?

I’m still having this problem, and can’t zoom properly in any games. (MacOs).
I have a Logitech MX Master 3 which has a horizontal scroller. (Even though I have configured the horizontal scroll wheel to only adjust audio volume).

This issue is not isolated to only logitech mice. My mouse is RR8 BANE Gaming Mouse and my friend has a non-logitech mouse and we both are having this problem
