This topic has been made to inform Executive Assistant - Founder & CEO roles on how to successfully operate our Frizzed Session Hosting System.
WHAT IS THE SESSION HOSTING SYSTEM?
It allows our staff to host sessions at the cafe, interview & training centres via sending messages on our media.
Every time a session is recorded, it will be logged, this will act as a safety & information measure. All of the times, usernames & dates of logging will be recorded.
STEPS ON USING THE SESSION HOSTING SYSTEM
STEP 1:
ENSURE THAT NO ONE ELSE IS HOSTING A SHIFT
To the left of your screen, you will find a button, it looks like this. Click on it.
STEP 2:
Woah! Now you have this thingy, it’s pretty obvious. Before we proceed, REMINDER: THIS ONLY SUPPORTS THE GMT TIMEZONE, LOGGING OTHER TIMEZONES WILL RESULT IN A WARNING. So please, find a site such as Timezone Calculator to convert your local timezone to GMT. YOU MUST ALSO LOG YOUR SESSION TIME BASED ON A 24 HOUR CLOCK. Alright, once you’ve done that, input your desired time of session start & select either AM or PM. If you have no idea what AM or PM means, please do some research on that.
FAILURE TO COMPLETE THESE STEPS WILL RESULT IN A DEMOTION.
