How do I change the display order of textures?

I have two textures, the first of which is a fully opaque wood material texture (I’m doing an old roblox simulator!). The second texture is an overlay, of the old 2009-2013 studs. The problem I’m facing is that no matter the textures’ names, or the order of which they’re applied(first adding the wood then the studs, or vice versa), the wood is always displayed above the studs.

Is there a way to alter the order of which they textures are rendered?

There is currently no way that I am aware of to easily do this like with a GUI although posts asking for a “ZIndex” as such have been asked for before.

That sucks. I guess I’ll have to combine both the wood and the studs to the same texture then. Thanks anyways.

Yea it does suck, maybe adding your use case to one of the posts (probably the newer) or creating a new thread with more use cases listed may be constructive and would mean that you won’t need to combine the textures in the future.
