How do I create this?

I want to create a minimap using Roblox’s Terrain, but I haven’t found any tutorials on YouTube that uses it. So far what I’ve done was took a screenshot of my map and make it a gui, but some parts of the map doesn’t show in the screenshot due to rendering.

Maybe have a big image of the map that YOU design in like Gimp or Photoshop, and then upload it and somehow change its position based on the player’s position.

(Also somehow mask it into a circle.)

using a self-made image is probably the easiest thing, do that unless you are extremely committed and want the terrain to fully appear as itself.

Try Watching this video on how to make one. In the intro it will show you what it looks like and if you want it to look like it you can use it. I haven’t tested it so I don’t know if it would work.
