:bulb: This guide is to explain in full for those who are new to their rank and have no idea what the purpose of what to do is. Below each rank you will see guides that will help you in your future adventures.

:bulb: When it relates to the chain of command in Enroute, we give each rank their very own goal. It is very important to follow your rank’s goal, as it can guide you to your success here at Hamilton, as well as spread the pressure.

Beneath, there is going to be a list in decreasing order from our chain of command and each objective for depending on the rank of the individual. A lot of information about rank will be explained later on as well;

Trial Moderator

:open_book: The very first rank in our chain of command. Simply by reading through the name of their rank, they are Probationary Moderators who are awaiting their training and oversight from our staff team. This is the most emphasized rank since they will be overwhelmed with having to read multiple guides to figure out how we can work here.

The Training and Oversight is meant to help us to find out their skills and if they will be able to handle moderating here at Hamilton State Roleplay. We have listed below the guides that probationary moderators need to read.

Moderator

:open_book: Firstly, would like to congratulate all who made it past the Trial Moderator phase and made it to becoming a moderator! Moderators will receive moderator commands on our roleplay server, which will allow you to make kicks without a supervisor! You can find full details on how to use the ER:LC commands listed below.

Senior Moderator

:bulb: Welcome to the MR Team! This is the introductory rank of the MR Team, thanks for taking the time to Hamilton State Roleplay!

:open_book: You may not only have access to moderation commands in our Discord server, but also host STS Sessions and supervise Trial Moderators by following the guides below! We wish you the best here in Enroute and look forward you growing here!

Administration Team

:open_book: The highest Authority on the MR Team, the administrative team. It is also the most likely to be the most heavily loaded rank on the MR Team.

Their primary duty is to review and recruit new Probationary Moderators to the staff team when needed, as well as the rank manager who may promote or demote Probationary Moderators and Moderators only.

The administration will also have access to banning commands on both the Discord and the Roleplay server.

:bulb: First of all, I would like to congratulate the staff members who made it on to the HR team! It is really encouraging to see how much the HR team is coming along!

Internal Affairs

:open_book: The Internal Affairs Team is a group of individuals who are the starting rank of our HR Team and who are expected to keep the server together and make sure that no quarrels or abuses of moderator rights occur.

Management Team

:open_book: The Management Team is a group of individuals who serve at one of the highest levels of the HR Team and who are expected to handle SSU and SSD Sessions on a day-to-day basis, and can use the “:m” commands with no authorization.

That’s not all, they also help guide and train Probationary Moderators before they are overseen by Senior Moderators! In addition, they are also in charge of answering ban appeals once a player chooses to reach out to them.

Executive Board

:open_book: And last but not least, the Executives, which is made up of both the top management of the server, as well as the Owner, Co-Owner and Director. These three jobs work in pairs to help keep the server up and running. Any major decisions made should be taken by the Executives Board.

While serving as the crucial point of communication between Holders, the Board is as well the public face of the server. It is in charge of establishing the tone and creating the atmosphere on the server.

:tada: This is a conclusion for that guide, I hope this will help our moderators that need, although, If you still have some questions or doubts, feel free to ask a staff member.
