This guide is intented give you as much information as possible about your position! We will tell you how we work, what you can expect from us or what we can expect from you!
One of our main requirements is to enforce our rules on Hamilton State Roleplay. Any rule breakers dealt with accordingly, it is important to be wary of any mod calls when moderating the server.
Your phone may not be silenced for mod call requests to reach it. There are several ways they can also call you, such as commands, radio, and pings on our communications server.
What can you expect from us?
Before the training, a member of the management team will contact you about the training before any of the Senior Moderators+ come to supervise you. The training will check if you have enough experience for this position to make sure you are suitable for it.
At the training session you will be asked a few questions for which you have a maximum of 3 days to prepare and read all the information in the guides below before your training session.
Supervision
After training with a member of our management crew you are most welcome to find any Senior Moderator+ to ask them to supervise you. This may go differently because a Senior Moderator from our crew may contact you first or you may contact him first.
Supervision is a way to get access to moderator commands and to show us that you are responsible enough to work independently.
You must have been supervised by a Senior Moderator+ for at least three days, if we can’t see any results from you being a moderator for 1-2 weeks, unfortunately you will be demoted from your position. You are of course allowed to reapply.
