When importing animations via the Import 3D Tool, they are importing upside-down. Changing the Forward axis in Blender’s export menu does not seem to affect this.
Other threads of people dealing with this:
I imported a .fbx file with its animations, but when I choose an animation, the rig is rotated at an unexpected angle.

UPDATE:
Thanks to UnderTheBridgeGames I was able to fix this issue. When exporting the model, change the Forward property’s value from -Z to Positive Z and it will work!

All workarounds mentioned in other threads were attempted but did not yield a fix.
Expected behavior
Animations import as expected with no inversions
