Imported FBX animation flipping my character model

I imported a .fbx file with its animations, but when I choose an animation, the rig is rotated at an unexpected angle.

We have checked the options in blender and they all seem to be normal / expected.

What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?

I have tried the solutions outlined in this post [FIXED] Imported FBX Animation flipping Character However nothing suggested there seems to work.

Does anyone have any idea how we can fix this issue?

I don’t know if you saw that the animation is not at the start, if not import the animation on the “moon animator”.

I’m also encountering this issue, changing the Forward and Up value in blender doesn’t seem to change anything

Currently dealing with this issue, very frustrating. My rig imports fine but the animations uploaded through the Import 3D tool are flipped upside-down. Have had no luck with changing the export’s forward axis.
