Hello , Im trying to make massive terrain map based game. Mountains or rock walls (with terrain editor)
are massive and this happens when you get a bit further :
as you can see , shadows do not render completely. This is a huge ambient ruiner problem.
Also yes , my graphic level is high enough (21) .
I searched this one and some people suffered from same problem. They fixed it with some ways that I tried and didn’t work.
This is a very huge problem and I need help.
(Also if this is a engine problem just say it is normal because of engine)

Can you please tell me what “fixes” you tried? also, can you provide me with a list of what your .Lighting settings are?
Also, do you have any beta features enabled?
Here :
and fixing ways I tried is changing brightness (I know it does not affect anything but I see this way in another post).
Do you mind showing me your terrain colors?
Also, can you link me to this other post?
I dont think colors affect anything. And yes , almost all of betas are enabled.
This sounds redundant, but have you tried closing and opening the studio file?
I do like 6 times and nothing changed.
Because of engine maybe?
It could be an issue with the engine, could you please link me to this other post you mentioned?
Does this issue affect the game when you play it normally?
also, if you change the games lighting engine, does the issue remain?
No for both questions :
I tried all lighting systems.
If you wouldn’t mind, could you send me a link to the game (if its public) so I can join it?
I need to publish it , hold on a second.

Final answer :
Caused because of engine , I hope this is going to be fixed later.
maybe contact ROBLOX or make a bug report, cause sometimes they dont always tend to listen
Yeah , only one thing I can do for now.
