already sent an appeal. my friend had this happen to him to. might be because we have pins on our accounts? it says in settings im only allowed to see verified content because of my pin.

I don’t have understand what to do, I still don’t have access to the talent hub. It says “Not qualified”

When I pulled up the talent hub today, I was randomly greeted with a warning for “breaking the terms of service” by using real information??? I hadn’t put any real information on my profile so I’m extremely confused. Will this affect my ability to take commissions?

me and my friend had this exact same issue. its most likely a bug but it does put an annoying warning mark on your profile. might be cause for having an account pin. only time will tell. hopefully they fix it though.

It’s August 16 here and it still says not qualified, does that mean I’m still not invited or is something wrong with my account?

It may be just me being dumb but is there actually a way to save settings? I keep trying and there isn’t a save button or anything?
Experience** seems to not get added for whatever reason, Everything else works however.
I plan on not disabling the pin either way, I’d rather not risk my last line of security for potential robux.
Actually, I can save my experience stuff. I haven’t had any problems there.
yeah. its so dumb. 99% of us use it for keeping our selves safe. and i highly doubt the parents are adding pins to their childs account. they cant even manage to put a password on their ipad for purchases so i highly doubt theyre able to create pin.

PIN is a security feature not something else.
Please don’t change the behavior of PIN. The purpose is PIN is supposed to prevent settings from being changed. Not to restrict content. Content restriction should be done via other settings.
A lot of people use PIN for security. This update basically makes it so that you need to either choose between security or using the talent hub.
Please Roblox you must revert this change immediately as a LOT of people use it for security.
PIN is s critital security setting which prevents malicious people from some malicious activity even if they are already logged in to your account.
Please Roblox revert this NOW!

I have not been able to access the hub yet, is this a release for everyone or are there still some users to be added?
So they say wait after the 15 and I’m still not in it please let me in.
If in the end date you put the same date as the start date, then it doesn’t save. Otherwise, it does.

They didn’t say that everyone would gain access on August 15. But, certainly, everyone will gain access before September 1.

The thing is, the parental PIN was originally implemented as a safety feature used by parents, however, in most cases, people use it as a general security feature (such as myself) to keep their settings safe. Roblox should implement a separate feature, which serves a similar purpose to the parental PIN, but having it would allow you complete access to the Talent Hub regardless.

Well they weren’t doing it for me
Roblox should do like an app, where parents would be able to enable/disable features, instead of Roblox restricting players that only want the pin security feature.
