here) so far have been about creating games, and I’m almost ready to recruit. I just need to know where I should recruit. I feel like DevForum posts would be the easiest, but I have no recruiting experience. Let me know where you usually recruit your team members, and my game development will be ready to begin.

Don’t recruit ANYWHERE other than the Developer Forums. In a lot of other places, the developers aren’t trustworthy and will turn their back on you.
This is very helpful. I’d like to hear a bit more feedback from others before I begin the recruitment.

To be honest, the DevForum and DevForum discord should be the only places to hire ANY Roblox developer. So yes, it is a good idea to collaborate via DevForum.
Definitely hire through the Dev Forum only, I’ve had nothing but negative experiences hiring elsewhere.

DevForum is probably the most reliable and most safest place to recruit developers and collaborate with them. Hidden Developers is probably the next best thing if you don’t have access to post on the DevForum.
Please don’t use Group Recruiting Plaza. That is just a bad idea all together.
Regarding the DevForum it’s good to collaborate on projects with others or recruit developers for your game, however whether using different communities such as “Hidden Developers” or the forum itself, there isn’t really a safe approach to go for there are lots of people that are willing to develop for others or collaborate.
Consider looking around different portfolios and find developers that like to work on your project. Make sure your game idea is something that people will consider playing try to gather different ideas and see if your game is enjoyable create feedback post of your game, to receive ideas, and overall opinions - feedback on how can I make my gameplay, more interesting that players will enjoy or play.
Try to find different developers and go from there, there are different communities the forum isn’t the only one that exists there much more that you could look at and see which ones you’re more comfortable with. I see users normally suggest the ‘Forum’ because a lot of people tend to think this is the safest option:
I usually recruit members here. because they are actual developers. You can easily be scammed somewhere else! But talk with your developers in discord!
