I feel like the content delivery network has a ban on you or something.
Because literally, all the CDN servers seem to be failing for you.
this sort of nonsense does not happen anywhere other than roblox.

oh boy i just got about 5 minutes of normal roblox page navigation back.
Yeah, servers in my game are breaking and ruining the likes/dislike ratio 
I have those weird CSS formatting problems, but it’s very infrequent and doesn’t last long. Have you reset your router and logged out and back in? Is it like that all the time?
I haven’t tried resetting the router when it happens. It lasts for anywhere from 1 minute to a couple hours and can have short gaps of normalcy in between. It only happens on roblox, there is no problem on any other website.
Can you list any steps you’ve taken to try to fix this?
e.g. flushing DNS, restarting router, renewing IP, etc.
Also, does it happen on all of your devices? Have you tried on any other PC, tablet, phone, etc.? Knowing this can make quite a difference in diagnosing the issue so it’d be good to know if it’s your PC or just your connection.
It also might be worth a call to your ISP - I know at one point the ISP my university was using randomly blocked ROBLOX for 2 weeks and it took a lot of bugging their CS to finally get it unblocked.
tried unplugging the router and then plugging it back in. problem has occurred again since then but went away after I did, either because that fixed it or because it just happened to stop during the time that it was restarting.
Restarting the router does not fix it.
things are still not loading three hours later.
