This thread goes into detail about this issue, but to sum it up: The Crown of Knowledge is positioned, scaled, and rotated incorrectly. And “the Crown of Knowledge’s entire mesh is uneven and many of the features on it are tilted or off center” . This bug report was closed shortly after it was reported, but I think it should be re-examined.
The Hammer of Productivity is the only accessory in the entire series to use an AvatarPartScaleType other than “Classic”, which I doubt is intentional. This causes the Hammer to appear stretched on classic avatars.
The Achievement Medal is miscategorized as a Face Accessory, when it’s actually a Front Accessory. This is impossible to fix [citation].
My suggestion to fix all of the issues listed above
I am aware of the 6-month rule, wherein accessories that are older than 6 months old are not (usually) updated “so [staff] can prioritize high impact bugs” [citation]. So instead of this, I suggest an entirely new DevRel Prize Series.
The current series of items weren’t intended to stick around
Although this statement is 3 years old now, the current series is stated to be a “limited collection” [citation].
The current Winner items are no longer elusive
So far, there have been two instances of Winner items being awarded to participants:
2: Creating a DevForum tutorial and participating in a game jam using a tutorial
Due to these two events, Winner items have went from having a small batch of known owners, to thousands.
As it stands, Manually fixing every issue listed above is unrealistic (and impossible for the “Face” Accessory, Achievement Medal). It’s a shame that the current items in this series are littered with problems.
I can understand the frustration as someone who has the Virtual DevRel Prize Series. Interestingly, most of the items are not centered and rotated correctly…
Sadly, some parts mentioned in this mega thread can’t be fixed when they are intentional, they won’t make any change: “Hammer of Productivity” using ProportionsNormal instead of Classic was addressed by @Klaugrana001 stating that it is intentional. You can have all doubts in your perspective, but since it is, it is what it is; “Achievement Medal” is an accessory type as “Face” can’t be changed to “Neck” once it is published to the Marketplace. It could be republished just like what happened to “Blanc Knowledge Visor”, but I think the problem would be giving out the accessory back to the thousands, if not, millions of users who participated in these community events hosted by US and international Developer Engagement Team staffs.
When an accessory is 6 months old, it won’t be reviewed until Roblox employees address and fix others that are impacting when utilizing. It is not necessarily a dead case, you could technically wait and file another bug report. But, if you feel like there are a lot of problems with them behind these systems and layers, a new and modernized series could be introduced! However, you would have to make a feature request and point out this current situation.

I would love to turn this into a feature request, but unfortunately my request to join AllowFeatureRequests is still pending. It’s been pending for about a year or two now.
It’s important to consider the original context around the term “limited collection”. The point they were trying to make is that these items won’t be available forever. The staff which host DevRel contests might need to focus on other projects in the future, and they want to set the expectation that these items may stop being awarded in the future.
