Most of my assets have been removed from visibility on the Creator Store without any apparent reason. These assets can still be downloaded, but only if you access them through a direct link to their page. When searching for them on the Creator Store, they no longer appear even though they’re still listed as for sale.
To fact-check this, my model Donation Board 4.0 has been the very first result when searching “Donation Board” for over six months, and suddenly it vanished without a trace.
It’s completely unique and shouldn’t be flagged as spam, which I suspect is the issue since similar posts have been answered that way.
However, I don’t understand how it could possibly be considered spam. It’s entirely original, nothing else looks or functions even remotely like it. Additionally, is there any way I can unflag it for spam if that’s the case?
Hi! Thank you for your patience. Your “Donation Board 4.0” Asset and “Nexus Dynamics” Asset should be appearing on search now. To clarify, we have multiple systems besides spam as defined in our Creator Store policy page, so make sure any assets you intend to distribute on the Creator Store follow these policies. If you ever believe an asset has been wrongly flagged, you can appeal the decision on the Appeal Portal.
