As seen in the screenshot below, the NotificationService API reference is entirely empty, and there is no documentation for it.
This should be fixed by adding documentation on the service itself.
It looks like it’s happening to every or most API reference pages that explain a service, or at least that’s what it looks like for me.
Same thing, Almost all services are showing a blank page.

I believe this is linked to the Developer API outage that happened not too long ago which was thought to be caused by Cloudflare. People were getting 502 errors and missing documentation like you’ve found here. The documentation has slowly been added back.
This is intentional. API members that are restricted to CoreScripts are hidden from API class pages.
