They have been able to send DMCA claims this entire time. It is the IP holders job to enforce their IP not the job of the Roblox Corporation to enforce other peoples IP. You donât have any evidence that the people uploading these hats donât have the permission of the copyright holders.

because clearly there is a great attraction for such items born out of their scarcity. You end up with many thousands of kids drooling over these items, kids itching to blow money on them if they could, kids valuing each other based upon these items, an obnoxious amount of overused clothing trends based around an itemâs value alone, and communities of underaged gamblers which Iâve been personal witness to. I donât care for that stuff. It doesnât create a healthy environment. Once the Lowly bacon hair Plebs can wear the Super Duper Special Exclusive Important items, they wonât be special anymore, and nor will the people who currently own them. Sadly that wont happen.

Ah yes, pure raw talent, approved by Roblox. This take is hilariously bad and the state of the catalog proves it. Just have a look at all the absolute garbage being uploaded by approved uploaders and rethink your take.
Wrong. The process wasnât built to scale. Roblox had like 3 staff members manually approving access to the UGC Guilded chat. With thousands of applicants, that kind of process would never get anywhere beyond a few applications reviewed. There are hundreds of posts of highly talented individuals on the forum who didnât get accepted, while people who literally applied using faked and stolen models got in.
This update puts everyone on an even playing field. Those worried about âoversaturationâ are really just scared that someone actually talented is going to make better items.

There really needs to be an option to upgrade your premium membership level.
I cannot let my current membership plan expire, if I do then my THOUSANDS of listings will go off sale and require DAYS of my time to go back and re-list.

Is there also a reason why my premium page looks like this? Why would it say âNot Availableâ for those exact tiers? For other friends, it shows that Premium 450 is unavailable but they can get Premium 1000 and it stays? I had Premium 1000 for over a year and it cancelled for no reason a month ago and I could only get the Premium 450 only?

thats how humans act? yeah, but wouldnât society be a better place if we werenât as materialistic and didnât value each other based on wealth? We all have it in us to some extent, but Iâd rather not continue to glue kids from a young age to a platform which encourages this behavior through its design. Iâll be honest and tell you that this ânobleâ cause is only a small part of my motivation. I simply dislike a part of the community (especially the older community) because of these things, and would love to seem them squirm over their precious virtual status symbols.
Getting ID-verified is hard enough, now we have to waste money each month? Itâs not like everyone has an ID with them and money to afford Premium. They might as well just not have anyone upload at all
