This a regression of this issue, characters will not load at all if you have more than an arbitrary count of purchased dynamic heads after your most recent character purchase.
To reproduce this issue, simply purchase a character bundle and then purchase a lot of dynamic heads (I purchased all the currently available free dynamic heads) and navigate to the “Purchased Characters” section of the Avatar Editor.

This issue appears to be a reverse of the issue with dynamic heads since while paging stops after a certain page for dynamic heads, paging only starts after a certain page number for purchased characters.
This isn’t happening for me and the API returns that I own 1757.
Note that this number doesn’t represent the total amount of characters you own, but rather all “purchased” outfits entirely, whether it be a “DynamicHead” outfit or a normal “Avatar” outfit.
All UGC character bundles include two outfits, since they all come with a dynamic head. So for example, if you bought 200 UGC characters (and owned no other bundles) then the API would return 400.
Loading characters does work for me in the avatar editor, but it rate-limits extremely quickly, making the page pretty much unusable. It also has a tendency to display some of the same outfits from one page onto the next. For example, I’m seeing two banana avatars here.
So, from the looks of things, the page isn’t loading because I have too many recent dynamic heads- It only checks the first page to see if there is any data, quite an oversight.
I can confirm that I am experiencing issues with the website and the Roblox Universal App. However, instead of not showing any, it only displays “half” of the bundles I have:
Half way there to complete a month and this issue is still occurring it hasn’t been fixed yet rather than a bunch of Roblox players noticing and sharing on social media… This needs to be fixed ASAP!
This seems to be mostly fixed now. The web avatar editor finally loads all of my purchased outfits (characters and dynamic heads) without rate-limiting!
The only issue is that the top-most outfits seem to get overwritten by newly-loaded ones as I scroll down.
Unrelated, but having to scroll through all of these outfits is really tiring. I wish we had a way to group specific assets and outfits into folders or something.
