Recent update broke `*Light` instance rendering

Reproduction Steps
Currently, as of 4/16/22, the rendering of *Light instances is broken (e.g. SurfaceLights). Instead of rendering the lighting like normal, odd artifacts appear on the screen, and in the incorrect color. These artifacts also flicker:

Expected Behavior
It is expected that the rendering of *Light instances would work normally

Actual Behavior
*Light instances render with extreme graphical glitches that flicker
