FYI: If this is in the wrong category; I apologize, it was not intentional.
UPDATE: I MADE A BUG REPORT:
What is the issue?
Every time I try to launch roblox it initiates the roblox client to start. Then the client closes and refuses to run. Which causes a ghost instance where I am ingame but my client isn’t running. It’s a really weird bug and this happens like 95% of the time now.
It originally started as the client opening and then instantly crashing or closing. But then it started to get worse like above; refusing to run at all. One time it even threw me an error something along the lines of Unable to verify account information. a couple times. Eventually it made my entire system BSOD (Blue screen of death).
Edit: Its back to crashing when the client does launch. This is driving me crazy.
Others having the same issue?
By the way I am not the only one having this issue, I have another friend on a similar version of windows 11 having the same exact problems. I am not sure if it was due to a roblox update or what. Not sure what specific version of windows 11 he has but I do know he is also on 24H2.
MORE PPL ARE HAVING THIS ISSUE!
Roblox app keep closing few seconds after opening
System Information:
OS: Windows 11 24H2 x64 (26100.2033)
GPU: RTX 4070 TI (Not Overclocked.)
CPU: R7 5800X3D (Not Overclocked either.)
RAM: 2X16 3600MHZ (CL18) (I know my ram is not the issue, yes I am running at 3600MHZ.)
SSD: Samsung 990 Pro 4TB (New installation.)
What have I tried?
(I initially thought it was due to me using Nord VPN in the background; I tried running roblox even without the VPN and it did improve slightly but I was still having the same issues without a VPN.)
I use bloxstrap which is a bootstrapper for roblox. I tried running roblox as administrator, I tried reinstalling roblox (Three times now.), I have tried running roblox without bloxstrap. I tried running without my VPN, I tried updating drivers, and I tried clearing all drivers and reinstalling fresh drivers. Still no success, by the way when I use bloxstrap the only FastFlag I use is [‘FFlagTaskSchedulerLimitTargetFpsTo2402’] = {False}
