Still happening! I notice it occurs in some games more than others. However in saying this the issue seems to not be replicable.
I’m submitting crash dumps and crash reports to the bug files page. For those of you who still experience this issue, I strongly recommend you read this article and submit your own reports to the mentioned page above (and link this page).
