I ran the system file checker to make sure none of my windows files were corrupted. It turned out some were and the computer fixed that. I tried playing ROBLOX after this and it had not fixed it.
I completely removed every trace of ROBLOX from my computer, each and every file, reinstalled it, and attempted to use it. It did not have any effect.
From this, I believe it is likely something to do with my specific computer and system and how it interacts with the roblox application. I belive this to be true as I have not heard of many other people experiencing this problem.
I managed to make it work even with modified Windows.
In my case it had problems with modifying registry configuration (On both Fresh and Modified Windows)
You could run tests using Sandboxie or Virtual Machine
About mine and the store version working, it recently just began to freeze until i use task manager to close it,though only one a few games. Also I don’t face crashes with the regular version anymore.
Roblox keeps crashing within 5-10 minutes of launching, whether I use the Windows Store app or the official Roblox player. It plays the Windows error sound and freezes for 2 seconds before closing.
I’ve determined using WinDBG on a dump file, that it is a problem with my Intel graphics driver. I’ve updated the graphics driver, the problem persists, however.
The information (from after the update on the graphics driver):

I’m suspecting it’s one of the newest Nvidia driver updates in my case. What’s also weird is that I stop randomly freezing when I disconnect my bluetooth headphones from my PC (might be wrong). But hey, if it works it works.
